Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can ask for a refund, by sending a mail to our contact email: email@example.com. If the period of 30 days has elapsed since the day the order was delivered to you, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
We shall refund you automatedly, without requesting you to ship your order back in the following cases:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described

To complete your refund, please let us know your order number, or any other detail to help us ensure the item was indeed both from us.
In the unlikely event, you will be asked to ship the item back to us in order to process your refund:
in the unlikely event, that we shall request you to ship back the item, please contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns can be mailed to K & M Sky Global Ltd. Gan Shoreq 130, Zip Code, 7686500 Israel. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
